Ahh, notice the subtle use of depth-of-field, the natural color, and the lack of digital artifacts... MY ART DEPARTMENT NOW HAS A REAL DIGITAL CAMERA! Oh yeah, sorry for the slug shot, but come on, isn't this fabulous?Life is busy but good, I'll write more later, skater. And please pardon my clumsy french.

I may be the only one to see that photo and think "Kick Ass!" for all entirely different reasons than you listed (about it's technical merits). Oddly enough i just finished posting a slug picture as my "buddy icon" for Flickr! i like yours better.
get to posting some photos woman! (not that you have a shortage of things to do...)
